Questions People Ask Us First

What is a clinical trial?−

A clinical trial is a research study that evaluates a treatment, medication, device, or approach to care. Each study follows a detailed research plan and is reviewed by an independent ethics committee to help protect the rights, safety, and well-being of participants.

How do I know if I qualify?+

Every study has its own requirements, and they are more detailed than anything we publish. The quickest way to find out is to get in touch: a coordinator goes through them with you, and there is no cost or obligation in asking.

Does taking part cost anything?+

No. Study-related visits and assessments are provided at no cost to you, and most studies also compensate you for your time and travel.

What happens after I submit the form?+

A member of the recruitment team calls you, usually within two working days. They explain what is running, answer your questions, and only then talk about a screening visit.

Where do the trials take place?+

Everything happens at our site, 290 Citrus Tower Blvd, Suite 102, Clermont, Florida 34711. There is parking on the door, and the building is on one level.

Can I withdraw from a study?+

Yes, at any point and without giving a reason. It will not affect the care you receive anywhere else.
